Here you can get an overview of our many great experiences at Strids Mølle.
Whether you're organising a professional or private event, we have packages and prices to suit most. If you have any special needs for your event, please contact us and we will find a good solution.
We always take into account that certain ingredients may be difficult to obtain at the given time and/or that other and better ingredients may be available at the time of the event. This will always be a dialogue we have leading up to the final event.
If you want more dishes or perhaps more exclusive ingredients, we are always ready to talk, so we make an arrangement that suits your needs.

Summer
Menu suggestions and price list for June, July, August
Appetizer
- Marinated salmon with smoked cheese cream, radishes and herbs.
Main course
- Danish veal with summer vegetables, new potatoes and 2 cold sauces
Dessert
- Lemon tart with meringue

Autumn

- Roast duck and/or pheasant breast from Kattrup with forest mushrooms, celery and game sauce
